Returns
We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Process

Include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect. Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method, which is Cash on Delivery (COD). In such cases, we will coordinate the refund through bank transfer or store credit, as agreed upon.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as personal-use accessories or opened packages may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
